* An initial consultation with Dontay is required for any relaxer or color service to evaluate your hair's current condition and your desired outcome. This appointment is 30 minutes.
*Appointments can be booked, rescheduled or cancelled anytime through the website.
*If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled within 2 hrs of your scheduled appointment time or no-shows are subject to a $50.00 service cancellation fee. We do not accept late notices or cancellations via email.
*A valid credit card is required at time of booking to hold your appointment and will serve as your default method of payment.
